We receive your order request and contact you if anything needs clarification. We do not accept orders for quantities exceeding actual stock.
Freshness in transit
Delivery and returns
Fresh mushrooms are delicate. We therefore confirm stock and your address before preparing the shipment.
Packaging
Lion’s mane is placed in suitable breathable packaging. You can also choose chilled delivery at checkout, which is recommended on hot days.
Delivery cost
The exact amount is shown when you confirm your order. Delivery is free for orders of EUR 100 or more.
Payment and receipt
You can pay in advance by card through Stripe or by cash on delivery. On receipt, inspect the outer packaging and report any visible damage to the courier.

The usual 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases has exceptions for perishable food. This does not limit your rights for damaged, non-conforming or incorrectly supplied products.
Send a photo, your order number and a short description to info@gubaria.com as soon as possible after delivery.
