1. Scope and contact
The online shop operates under the brand ‘Gubaria’ in Pleven, Bulgaria. For questions, complaints or to exercise your rights, email info@gubaria.com.
2. Product and availability
The product offered is ‘Fresh lion’s mane’, pack size 500 g, at the advertised price 12,50 €. Stock is updated by the farm’s system. If a technical discrepancy occurs, we will inform you and will not substitute the product without your consent.
3. Orders and contract
Submitting the form constitutes a purchase request. The order is accepted after successful system confirmation. Enter an accurate name, phone number, city and address so that we can deliver your order.
4. Price, delivery and payment
All prices are in EUR. Delivery is calculated at checkout and is free for orders of EUR 100 or more. You can pay by card through secure Stripe Checkout or by cash on delivery. Card payment is captured only after the order and stock have been successfully confirmed.
5. Fresh food and withdrawal rights
Lion’s mane is a fresh, perishable food. The statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract may not apply to such goods. This does not affect your rights where a product is non-conforming, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
6. Complaints
If there is a problem, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description and photos. We will review each case individually and offer an appropriate solution under applicable law.
7. Responsible use
Recipe content is general culinary information. Follow good storage and cooking practices and do not consume a product showing signs of spoilage.
8. Changes
We may update these terms when the service or applicable rules change. The terms displayed when an order is submitted apply to that order.
